Why Slim & Soft Bread?

The differences between this Bread and normal sliced bread make it a more versatile product:

• Because of its 11” x 11” surface you can make sandwiches faster, canapes more conveniently, delicious pizzas, tapas and mouthpieces.
• Slice thickness: 3/8" (9mm).
• It has no crust.
• It won't tear so you can make wraps easily using Slim & Soft Bread.
• It's made from high quality Ingredients.
• It has no animal fat, cholesterol, nor is it baked with preservatives.
• It has a long shelf life, thus maintaining its freshness and properties for an extended period of time.

Packaging

The bread comes in packets of nine thin slices which are vacuum-sealed with modified atmosphere. Its shelf life in a sealed package is 30 days in a non-refrigerated environment (below 77º Fahrenheit / 25º Celsius). In a refrigerated environment (below 41º Fahrenheit / 5º Celsius) the bread retains its freshness for up to 60 days. It can be frozen for up to 6 months as well.

We also offer to our customers who consume high volumes the Food service pack (complete loaf of bread sliced in 54 slices, packed in a single big bag and placed in a case). It has a durability of 30 days refrigerated and 6 months frozen.

For shipping purposes the packets of Slim & Soft Bread are packed into cases with a dimension of 21" x 13" x 13". One pallet equals 56 cases.
